Order confirmation

After successfully placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if it hasn’t arrived.

If you believe you were charged but did not receive confirmation, email us so we can check your order before you try again.

Declined or unsuccessful payments

If your payment is declined, check that your billing address and payment details are correct, and that your payment method has sufficient funds or available credit.

You can try another payment method shown at checkout or contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.

Refunds
